July is National Blueberry Month! To celebrate, I blended up a new blueberry smoothie every single day of July. That's 31 unique, delicious, and refreshing smoothie recipes! Just gather the ingredients, blend them up, and enjoy right away!
Blueberry Matcha
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
Blueberry Peach
- handful of frozen banana slices
- handful of frozen blueberries
- a fresh peach, peeled and pitted
- tiny piece of ginger
- coconut milk
- vanilla protein powder
Blueberry Peach Orange
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 handful frozen peach slices
- 1/2 of a banana
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Blueberry Greens
- 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- Big handful of spinach
Blueberry Beet Pineapple
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cooked beet chunks
- 3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 ripe banana
- 3 dates
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Blueberry Strawberry Coconut
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 frozen cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Drizzle of agave
Blueberry Pineapple Cinnamon
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Blueberry Ginger
- Small piece of fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Scoop of vanilla protein powder or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Drizzle of honey
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
Blueberry Apple
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup almond milk
Blueberry Chocolate
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- Drizzle of honey or other sweetener of your choice
