Craving your morning coffee but also need a nutrient-packed smoothie? Why not combine the two! The recipes below offer the perfect blend of caffeine and wholesome ingredients to energize and fuel your day! Just gather the ingredients listed below, blend until smooth, and enjoy! 

1) Apple Spice

  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 3/4 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1/2 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed

2) Peachy Pumpkin

  • handful of frozen peach slices
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1/2 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

3) Cinnamon Sweet Potato

  • ½ cup sweet potato (cooked and cooled)
  • ½ cup frozen banana slices
