Fall-Inspired Smoothies

1) Pumpkin Cherry Smoothie - my absolute favorite of all these! 

  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries, pitted
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

2) Apple Pie Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberry slices
  • 1 apple, cored and sliced
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Drizzle of honey

3) Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie

  • 3/4 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • Scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 

4) Sweet Potato Pie Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1/2 cup cooked and cooled sweet potato or canned yams
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

5) Spiced Cherry Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries, pitted
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional scoop unflavored protein powder
